Dream Action Content Plan

Searches for "tpat4" in Google Trends (Thailand) spike around the exam. Last cycle they hit 100 and 99 in the weeks of 7 and 14 Dec 2025 (the exam was 15 Dec), and 32 when scores came out in January. Most weeks they're 0.

This year the exam is seven weeks later, so expect the peak in the last two weeks of January 2027. "tcas" itself peaks in Apr–May and Oct–Nov.

The top results for "tpat4 คือ" are myTCAS's official blueprint plus tutoring businesses: maiscale, chulatutor, tutor-vip (Dec 2022), and Facebook and Instagram posts.

The research agent found pages ranking for "เข้าสถาปัตย์ ใช้คะแนนอะไรบ้าง" that are still on TCAS64 (2021). None shows the TCAS70 score weights side by side. Dream Action's own posts still describe the old PAT4 exam.

• Dates:
  • TGAT/TPAT2–5 registration: 4–10 Nov 2569. Paper exams only, 140 baht per subject.
  • TPAT4: Mon 1 Feb 2570, 09:00–12:00.
  • Scores: 28 Feb 2570.
  • Last cycle TPAT4 was on 15 Dec, so this one is about seven weeks later and has no computer-based option.
• TPAT4 format: 80 multiple-choice questions in 180 minutes, worth 100 points, with no drawing. Four parts:
  • Art and design (24 questions).
  • Colour and aesthetics (16).
  • Structure and building systems (24).
  • Spatial and form perception (16 questions, worth 36 points).
• Round 3 weights:
  • Chula, Silpakorn and KU: TPAT4 40%, and A-Level Applied Math 1, Physics and English 20% each.
  • KMITL: TGAT 15%, TPAT4 40%, and each of the three A-Levels 15%.
• Round 1 is the main way in. It has 25–60 seats per school, against 5–20 in Round 3.

Pantip activity is small: score threads like "คะแนน tgat/tpat4 a level เท่านี้มีหวังที่ไหนมั้ย" (Apr 2025, 7 replies) and "อยากเข้าสถาปัตย์ ควรทำคะแนน A-Level อีกเท่าไหร่" (Jan 2025). The real demand shows up in search and in the tutors' social posts.

Autocomplete names each school (Chula, KMITL, Silpakorn, KKU) and each cycle ("tcas69", "tcas70", "จุฬา 68/69"). On a five-year Trends chart, "portfolio" peaks in September and November.

For "พอร์ต สถาปัตย์ ต้องมีอะไรบ้าง", tutoring schools and old posts hold the top results:

• Tutors: maiscale, jammerstudio, bakingsodastudiobkk.
• Old posts: Dek-D (Feb 2019), Pantip (Jan 2021), tcaster on TCAS65 (2021), and a 5-year-old YouTube video with 21K views.

Nothing current lays out the TCAS70 rules school by school.

• Chula (25 seats, closes 12 Nov 2569): three design tasks done inside TCASFolio, including a 40×40×40 cm plant shelter. Scoring is essay 10, past work 50, tasks 40, and you need 60 to be interviewed.
• Silpakorn (20 seats, postmark by 16 Nov 2569):
  • Paper portfolio, at most 15 A4 pages.
  • A pavilion design with a physical model; 3D printing isn't allowed.
  • Generative AI is banned.
  • Grade average 3.00 or higher; interview 19 Dec.
• Thammasat (60 seats, closes 16 Dec 2569): a hand-drawn A3 self-portrait plus one design task. Portfolio counts 60% and interview 40%. Interview 6 Feb 2570.
• KU:
  • The main track closed 14 Oct. Its essay asks what an architect offers that AI can't.
  • A second track (15 seats) takes a PDF of at most 10 pages and 20 MB until 4 Feb 2570.
• TCASFolio has no national page or file-size limit. Each programme sets its own.

KMITL's Round 1 (50 seats) requires a grade average of 3.00, but its portfolio rules couldn't be confirmed because the announcement page wouldn't load. Check it, and Chulalongkorn's task PDF, before publishing.

In Google Trends (Thailand, past 12 months), "ai render" averages 24 on the same chart where "d5 render" averages 33. Its five-year line has grown about four times a year. "ai render sketchup" is a rising query under "sketchup" (+90%), and almost every autocomplete suggestion adds "ฟรี" (free).

All eight top results for "ai render sketchup ฟรี" come from companies selling something: mnml.ai (2 results), the D5 Render blog (2), rendero.ai, the SketchUp Extension Warehouse, airender.studio, and an article on 8baht.com. No independent Thai guide compares the tools for students. Dream Action has no AI posts yet.

• Gemini: students in Thailand aged 18+ get Google AI Plus free for a year if they redeem by 31 Dec 2569 (2026). You need a payment method to sign up, and it bills ฿189/month afterwards unless you cancel.
• D5 Render education licence: free for 180 days and renewable. One computer, no watermark, education and research use only.
• Other tools:
  • SketchUp's built-in AI Render uses 10 credits per image, and the free plan gets no credits.
  • LookX and Krea have free tiers.
  • Midjourney has no free trial, and your images are public unless you pay for Pro.
• The rules differ.
  • Silpakorn's TCAS70 portfolio round bans generative AI in any part of the portfolio.
  • Competitions ask for disclosure instead. The ASA Experimental Design Competition 2026 allowed AI if entrants declared what each tool did (as reported by art4d). The RIBA President's Medals 2026 entry form asks for every tool and prompt used.
  • The US Copyright Office says writing prompts alone doesn't make you the author.

Two Thai YouTube videos on AI for architecture have about 15,000 views each:

• "พามาดู AI ฟรี Sketchup Diffusion" from Born To Be Art, an architecture-tutoring channel (11 Aug 2024, 15,544 views).
• "มาแล้ว AI สถาปนิก ออกแบบบ้าน" from DIY Design by Batt (Apr 2026, 14,798 views).

Autocomplete for the Gemini student offer includes "หมดเขต" (deadline) and "ถึงวันไหน" (until when), so students are checking the deadline now.

These are the biggest search terms in this study.

• Over five years in Thailand, "autocad" averages 77 in Google Trends.
• Over the past 12 months, "sketchup" averages 73 on a chart where "revit" averages 19 and "d5 render" 2.
• Rising queries: "sketchup 2026" (+2,300%), "revit 2027" (+1,700%), "lumion 2026" (+1,300%).

For "autocad ฟรี สำหรับนักศึกษา", the top 8 results are Autodesk's own pages, university IT manuals (Thammasat engineering, Bangkok University, University of Phayao and a Google Sites guide), and one video. No page lists every student price in one place. Dream Action's own guide is ten years old.

• AutoCAD and Revit are free to students one year at a time. You verify through SheerID, can install on up to 3 devices, and may use them for education only. Students on training-centre courses don't qualify.
• SketchUp Student costs US$55/year. Pro is US$399/year.
• Rhino: the Thailand sales page now sells Rhino 9, not Rhino 8. A student or faculty licence is US$195 and never expires; you need proof of student status. The commercial licence is US$995.
• Twinmotion is free for students, schools, and anyone under US$1M in annual revenue. Above that, it's US$445 per seat per year.
• D5 Render Education is free for 180 days and renewable, on one computer.
• Enscape Student Collection costs US$149/year.
• Lumion Student is free for a year and runs on Windows only.

"sketchup ราคา pantip" appears in autocomplete, so people look for price discussions on forums. The research agent found Pantip threads about render software, but they were small (about 1 reply each).

Autocomplete gives three versions of "will architects lose their jobs?" plus "the architect career in future". There's no volume figure. Treat it as a question parents and students ask, not as a big keyword.

Discussion threads fill the top results for "สถาปนิก ตกงาน ไหม": two Pantip topics, a Dek-D board post (Jul 2024), a Reddit r/Architects thread, two Facebook posts (100+ interactions; 30+ comments from 7 months ago), and one JobsDB career article. Nobody answers with data.

• RIBA's AI Report 2026 (22 Jul 2026):
  • 74% of UK practices use AI, up from 59% in 2025.
  • 75% report higher productivity, but only 17% say their designs are better for it.
  • 61% say AI will make it harder for early-career staff to learn the job.
  • 59% expect fewer staff across the profession.
• AIA (Mar 2025): only 6% of US architects use AI regularly.
• Thai admissions ask the same question.
  • KU's TCAS70 portfolio essay asks what value an architect has that AI can't imitate: "คุณค่าเฉพาะตัวของสถาปนิกที่ AI ไม่สามารถเลียนแบบได้คืออะไร".
  • Silpakorn bans generative AI in portfolios.
• ASA's Architect'26 expo used the theme "SATI : WISDOM : PROMPT". The ASA president described AI as a productivity tool, not a replacement (reported by The Story Thailand, so a secondary source).

Pantip, 12 May 2026: "พ่อกับแม่ไม่ยอมให้เรียนที่ชอบเพราะ AI จะแย่งงาน ... คุณคิดยังไง". A student who's good at maths, physics and drawing wants to study architecture. The parents want dentistry or vet school because "AI will do design work". The thread has 30+ replies.

Autocomplete includes the year (2568, 2569) and city variants (Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket). In Google Trends, the general term "ฝึกงาน" (internship) holds steady all year at 15–22 on a 5-year chart, peaking in January and February.

Two kinds of result rank for "ฝึกงาน สถาปัตย์ 2569", and neither explains how to apply:

• Firms' own Facebook calls: USS Internship 2026, S+S Architects Internship Program 2027, DMO Architects, NML.
• Job boards: internth, Indeed (100+ listings on 31 Oct 2569), JobsDB, Careerjet.

Firms recruit well ahead. S+S Architects posted its 2027 internship call about two months ago (around Sep 2026). Other offices posted their 2569 calls 8–11 months ago. Before publishing, compile each firm's actual dates from their pages.

"สภาสถาปนิก" averages 7 in Google Trends (Thailand, 12 months), on a chart where "sketchup" is 73. Autocomplete is detailed and practical: what a ภาคี can sign, how many square metres, how to register for the exam, results, renewal.

For "ภาคีสถาปนิก เซ็นอะไรได้บ้าง", the top results are legal PDFs (the Council regulation, Ministerial Regulation No. 9 of 2542), the Council's own page on ภาคีพิเศษ, a government webboard, and two Facebook explainer posts with 280+ and 220+ interactions. No plain-language article covers the whole path.

• What a ภาคีสถาปนิก can sign: buildings up to 15 m tall and up to 1,000 m² in total floor area per building. That covers project study, design, construction administration and inspection. Consulting is reserved for วุฒิสถาปนิก.
• Exempt buildings: a private house up to 150 m², or a farm building up to 400 m², doesn't legally need a licensed architect.
• Steps for a new graduate:
  1. Join the Council.
  2. Get on its exam-eligibility list.
  3. Register within one year of that list.
  4. Pass every subject with at least 60%. A passed subject stays valid for four years.
  5. Attend the required training and pay the licence fee.
• Fees: membership 500 baht plus dues; exam 2,000 baht (retake 1,000); ภาคี licence 2,500 baht (renewal 1,000).
• Pass rate: roughly 700 of 2,000+ candidates pass, about 40%. This is a spoken estimate from the Council's 26 Apr 2026 annual meeting, not a published statistic.

No exam dates for late 2026 or 2027 have been published. The 2026 exam reportedly ran 28 Feb–1 Mar, but that comes only from search snippets of files the Council has since taken down. Add the dates when the Council announces them.

Autocomplete carries a year for 2566, 2567, 2568 and 2569, so people search this every year. Trends volume is low: 2 on the chart where "ai render" is 24.

For "เงินเดือนสถาปนิกจบใหม่" there is no article that compares the sources. The top results are:

• A Facebook question with 320+ comments (2 years old).
• Pantip threads ("25–30K").
• JobsDB's salary page (฿23,000–38,000, Oct 2026).
• A list of the "10 best-paying countries".
• A Sanook graduate-salary list.
• Indeed job listings.

• Adecco Thailand Salary Guide 2026, Architect/Interior, monthly:
  • 0–3 years: ฿25,000–50,000.
  • 3–5 years: ฿40,000–90,000.
  • 7+ years: ฿80,000–120,000.
  It's based on Adecco's own placements, which lean towards multinationals.
• Graduate medians reported by the universities on myTCAS: KU architecture ฿28,430, Thammasat architecture ฿19,750. Chula and Silpakorn don't report one.
• JobsDB: the average advertised architect salary is ฿37,500 in Bangkok and ฿34,500 elsewhere (secondary).
• Government jobs for bachelor's graduates start at ฿18,150 (since 1 May 2025; secondary).

Feelings run high but threads are small. "ทำงานจบใหม่ไม่มีความสุขเลยสายออกแบบ" (Sep 2024) has 10 replies and mentions pay in the low ฿20,000s. The Facebook question in the results has 320+ comments.

Small but specific. Autocomplete finishes "ต่อโท สถาปัตย์" with the abroad, scholarship and "which subject" versions, and "ทุน ต่อโท" with Japan, China, the UK, Taiwan, the US and Singapore. On a 5-year Trends chart for Thailand, "ทุนเรียนต่อต่างประเทศ" averages 1, against 19 for "tcas" and "ฝึกงาน".

For "ต่อโทสถาปัตย์ ต่างประเทศ" nobody lists this year's deadlines and scholarships for architecture. The top results are:

• Two Hotcourses course-listing pages.
• A Facebook post on postgraduate study (630+ interactions, 3 months old).
• Two Pantip questions asking where to study.
• A Dek-D list of the "5 best" schools, and an Australian study agent.

• Harvard GSD: M.Arch applications close 5 Jan 2027, 5 p.m. ET. The M.Arch is now STEM-designated, so graduates can get up to 36 months of OPT.
• TERRA, the Erasmus Mundus master's in earthen architecture and construction (Portugal, Spain, France, Italy): the first call closes 15 Jan 2027 and is the only one with EU scholarships. It needs an architecture or civil-engineering degree and IELTS 6.5.
• Sweden: apply to programmes by 15 Jan 2027. The SI Scholarship for Global Professionals takes applications 8–24 Feb 2027 and is open to Thais with at least 3,000 hours of work experience. SI publishes the eligible programmes on 13 Nov.
• Fulbright Thai Graduate Scholarship: up to 4 grants a year, worth up to US$46,000 a year for a master's. All fields except clinical practice; GPAX 3.00 and IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 80. Applications run January to April, and grantees go on a J-1 visa.
• DAAD architecture scholarship (Germany): €992 a month, for architecture, interiors, conservation, urban design and landscape. Your last degree must be no more than 6 years old. Applications open each 1 June.
• Chevening (UK): the 2027/28 round ran August to October 2026 and is closed.

Not confirmed: which fields the 2570 Thai government (ก.พ.) scholarships cover, and the 2027 dates for Japan's MEXT scholarship, even though "ทุน ต่อ โท ญี่ปุ่น" is a common query. Add both when they're announced.

Autocomplete has Thai "what is H-1B" queries and nine follow-ups on the $100,000 fee alone ("removed", "lawsuit update", "is it still valid"), so people are tracking a rule that keeps changing. "Is landscape architecture a STEM major" comes up in four forms. There's no volume figure for any of these.

For "h1b คือ วีซ่า อะไร" none of the results is written for architects or covers this year's changes. They are:

• A law firm and two visa agents.
• G-P's guide for employers (Sep 2023).
• A Pantip thread on the lottery (Dec 2023).
• A Facebook news post on the fee (20+ interactions, a year old).
• Wikipedia in Thai and English.

• The $100,000 payment. Required since 21 Sep 2025 on new H-1B petitions for people outside the US without a valid H-1B visa. Proclamation 11069 extends it to 21 Sep 2027, and says it has been paid on more than 700 petitions.
  • A change of status inside the US, such as F-1 on OPT to H-1B, is exempt if USCIS approves it.
  • On 8 Jun 2026 a federal court in Massachusetts struck down the agency guidance that puts the payment into effect, and on 24 Jul the appeals court refused to pause that ruling. DHS says it is complying for now but will collect if the order is lifted.
• A lottery weighted by pay. Since 27 Feb 2026, a job offer at the top wage level gets four entries and one at the lowest level gets one. In the first draw, the top two levels won about 46% of selections and the lowest level 18%. Registrants with a US master's or higher rose from 45% to 66%.
• STEM OPT depends on the school. The DHS list includes Landscape Architecture (04.0601) and Architectural and Building Sciences (04.0902) but not Architecture (04.0201). An M.Arch gets the 24-month STEM extension only if the school codes it as STEM. Harvard GSD's M.Arch now is, for up to 36 months of OPT in total.
• A proposed OPT fee. On 8 Oct 2026 DHS proposed $70,000 for a student's first OPT period and $30,000 for each later one, including the STEM extension. Schools would pay and could pass the cost on. Comments close 9 Nov 2026, and it isn't final.

• Germany's Opportunity Card gives up to a year to look for work, with part-time jobs of up to 20 hours a week. You need a degree fully recognised in Germany, or 6 points plus German A1 or English B2, and €1,091 a month in funds.
• Singapore's Employment Pass needs a salary of at least S$5,600 a month, rising with age, or S$6,000 for applications from 1 Jan 2027. You also need 40 points under COMPASS.

"ขอแชร์มุมมองของความสิ้นหวังในสายออกแบบขอสถาปนิกจบใหม่" (28 Dec 2024, 39 replies) is tagged ทำงานต่างประเทศ. A new graduate describes pay of just over ฿20,000 a month with no overtime pay.

Still open: USCIS hasn't announced the March 2027 registration dates, and the court fight over the $100,000 payment isn't over. The research agent also reported a separate proposed fee on all cap-subject petitions, which wasn't re-checked here.

SketchUp (Trends 73) and AutoCAD (Trends 77) are the two largest terms in the study. The shortcut queries carry a year for every version from 2022 to 2026, plus "pdf" and "mac".

For "คีย์ลัด sketchup", no current Thai list covers the Mac. The top results are:

• Resellers and training shops: yotathai.com, mtechthailand.com (Sep 2024), deti.co.th (Jul 2019).
• A "SketchUp 2025" PDF on kruthai.net.
• A Google Sites page and a 2-year-old video.
• SketchUp's own help page, in English.

Dream Action's AutoCAD list is from 2016 and only 1,258 characters long.

Nothing here goes out of date quickly. Copy the shortcuts from help.sketchup.com (the results page shows it updated 29 Sep 2569), then test each one in the current version on Windows and on Mac before publishing.

Autocomplete carries the year ("2025") and the Mac question.

• A Thai video on laptops for architecture study ranks on the first results page with 566,000 views. It's three years old.
• A Pantip thread from 23 Dec 2025 asks for a 2025–26 recommendation on a ฿30k budget.

Retailers and old threads hold the top results for "สเปคคอมเรียนสถาปัตย์": a 2-year-old Facebook thread, ajnock.com (Apr 2025), a Pantip thread (Apr 2024), HP's own "10 best laptops" page, the 566K-view video, Power Buy, and a JIB review video. None of them starts from what the school's software actually needs.

• D5 Render has no Mac version and no date for one. It needs at least a GTX 1060, Intel Arc 3 or RX 6400 graphics card; an RTX 3060 is recommended.
• Enscape runs on Apple Silicon M1–M4 Macs but not Intel Macs. On Windows it needs at least 4 GB of graphics memory.
• Twinmotion on a Mac needs an M1/M2 with 32 GB of RAM and has no path tracer. On Windows it needs 6 GB of graphics memory, or 8 GB for the path tracer.
• Lumion Pro runs on Windows only. It needs at least 6 GB of graphics memory; 10 GB is recommended.
• Prices: laptops cost 15–20% more in 2026 because memory prices spiked (secondary source).

So 8 GB of graphics memory is the practical minimum on Windows, and a Mac rules out D5 and Lumion Pro.

Autocomplete gives ten variants of "how do architects charge" and "how much to sign drawings", split by licence level. "ค่าออกแบบบ้าน" is small in Trends: 2 on the chart where "ai render" is 24. It's still a homeowner audience Dream Action doesn't reach today.

Top results for "ค่าแบบสถาปนิก คิดยังไง":

• A Facebook post with 430+ interactions (2 years old).
• An old ASA fee table hosted as a Thammasat PDF.
• A Pantip thread asking whether 5% is too expensive.
• Blog posts from 2017 (dsignsomething) and 2021 (designical), plus engineering sites.

• Government projects have official caps (Finance Ministry regulation 2562). For architectural design under 50 million baht, the cap is 4.5% / 6.5% / 8.5% of the construction budget for simple, complex and very complex work, falling to 1.5–3% above 5,000 million. Supervision has the same caps.
• Private work still runs on ASA's 2004 handbook. A worked example: 7.5% on the first 10 million baht, 6% above that (secondary source, 2017).
• A new schedule may come. ASA's board put professional-fee standards up for review in May 2026.
• No per-m² design fee standard was found. People searching "ตร.ม.ละ" mostly want construction cost.

Pantip cost threads draw replies. "สถาปนิกของบริษัทรับสร้างบ้านคิด 18,000 บาทต่อตร.ม. แพงไปไหม" (Jun 2025, 12 replies) and a Jan 2025 thread on house-building prices (16 replies) both show people mixing up design fees and construction cost.
